QWEP is always on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapists and aquatic fitness instructors. Our instructors are required to have the following qualifications (minimum):

(1) Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma of Fitness with Aquatic Fitness Specialist Module (YMCA Aqua Presenter or Equivalent), or:

(2) AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia Certification AND Aquatic Fitness Specialist Module (YMCA Aqua Presenter or Equivalent).

Additionally, all Instructors are required to have the Queensland Government Working with Children Blue Card, Workplace CPR and Senior First Aid Certification. 

QWEP proudly delivers the YMCA Aqua Presenter's Certification for Fitness or Swim Instructor Certificate holders wanting aquatic certification. QWEP also delivers First Aid and CPR courses.
